Okey, love your voice, but you ruin it all with your bad copy-cat-playing:P John mayer plays this acoustic at "where the light is", and as far as I can remember he maked the riff sound lovely with a vibrato when he played the light E. Vibrato, not a fake, horrible bend.

on the main riff, The note that you are bending is actually more so of a slight vibrato rather than a bend

I think you've got the chords / picking down well and you're voice is good BUT your guitar sounds out of tune and you've got some dodgy vocals in there.
