Im 13 yrs old, 5'6 and have a 28 inch vertical. I dnt work out but am very athletic. Iwanna be able to dunk when i get into high school. What are some excersise that i can do to take my jumping into the next level. Plzzzs help!!!
i heard of stuff like this, don't kill yourself in the gym with tons of squats but rather low reps burst plyometrics....what about rest, and how often in the week to do this? my quads get too sore for too long if i do this stuff too often...
dude no offense but the reason i stopped doing ur workouts was that ur rly young and ur body's fit, but despite ur workouts u can barely dunk a ball, i think if u wanna be a good coach tht people can trust u shud get ur vertical a lot higher but thts jst what i think

@I'm barely 5'10 and can easily dunk. I went from not even being able to touch rim. But...you are entitled to your own opinion...

@aguafiesta69 I would suggest 3-5 reps of the resistance exercise, and 3-5 reps of the plyo immediately after.

Looks too heavy on the joints. Think about preserving your knees and ankles guys.
