@eusupermex1 Motley didnt sell out in the 90s, Listen to the stuff they did with Corrabi, if Generation Swine had been a Corrabi Crue album it would have worked. They never sold out, Nikki just kept writing from his heart and writing what he felt was right. Crue just wasnt the right band to show that music the right credit, thats why he went on to do Brides Of Destruction and now to Sixx AM. But i do agree with you on all of these kickass swedish sleazemetal bands bringing it all back.

dirty penny were once the greatest hair metal band out, but they gave up on being glam & went to pop rock.

reckless love, have the odd glam song, i.e. paradise and born to rock, but a lot of their music is very pop.

BUT THESE GUYS... are using REAL glam guitar licks, real 80s drum beats & chants. They clearly actually listen to glam and then write a glam song. Its got that feelgood vibe too

Every crashdiet song is about depression and children of the night and fake smiles. Their riffs sound like bullet for my valentine. They send out a bad message that glam is about all the bad feelings that come with being a rock star. just watch cherry pie by warrant, I want action by poison, Panama by van halen. Thats how glam should be.

@schclum Dude, that's Crashdiet's style but you can't say they suck just because they don't talk about parties, sex, having fun and stuff like that! Just look at "Shout at the devil" by the Crue...it doesn't talk about "Sex, drugs and rock n' roll", it's a different album, it's "darker", but it's still one of the best Hair Metal albums out there! ;)

Don't get me wrong...i love bands like Poison, Warrant, Ratt etc., but I love also the more rebellish style of Glam! :D
