2 things ( not to be mean though )

1: you explained what a varial is, not HOW to do it.

2: i recommmend skinny skateboarding jeans, they give more flexibility to flick or move your leg farther apart.

ok dude here is a tip, your back foot is in the tre position, u want to put ur back foot more in the middle of the tail. and u cant to pop shove it first and while thepop shoce it is just starting to get in the air, then u keck flip, u DO NOT do them at the same time, pop shove it then kick flip, good job, keep it up
