@kontroledkos, I'd actually say that the tuning seems standard for the lowest three strings (so EAD) not sure about the higher three though, at least, on the recorded version it seems standard on all strings, how Ko is playing it here is different though, if you look at the tab of this, in the comments is the chords he plays through a lot of this.

This guy is a hack on guitar man. Whatever you want to believe is fine but as a guitarist myself, that is a hack job at best. He's not even playing all the parts right, and his guitar is out of tune. Its just another player that had everyone else record everything for him, made it perfect in the studio, and he can't live up to the expectations of his recorded music. Great album song, terrible live. And no artist gets my respect unless they earn it with a great live performance.

The best bands or singer songwriters have an amazing ability to make a live performance sound more engaging and more incredible then the CD. He's sadly been so overproduced that all his flaws, off time strumming, out of tune singing and playing can't be covered up. Even he has to get ripped to stand his music...
