Step 3: Use the tips and blend it in with your own twist

i bar back...im a freshman in college...alot of ppl think i wanna work my way up as a bartender but not really..its just a bar job..i make enough money as a bar back for now...and im only 19..i would be a horrible bartender..im too slow..by watching the bartenders i can tell i cant be as fast...i dont like those kind of jobs where its so much pressure on you getting everything done as fast as u can the whole time...
on one very good night i make about 150-175 a night...lol but my bar has not been tht busy up to tht point yet....and the main duties i have when it gets alittle busy is the glasses...that is one of my priorities...i stock the glasses....id go in the kitchen and get racks of them tht were washed...im like a bus boy only for the bar...the bar i work at is a restaurant/bar..its not just a bar...i help set up the bar b4 ppl start coming and i collect empty glasses around the bar...like a bus boy
