why does this version sound different than the one on Kylie Minogue bonus disc and some other albums that have this song?

@KylieSongsTV I bought a Japanese edition of the album in HMV on Import in 1999. Along with 'Love Is Waiting', there was a 2nd bonus track, 'Nothing Can Stop Us'. That cd had the original version of 'Love Is Waiting'. This version is an alternative take, available on the 2003 remastered edition of 'Kylie Minogue' (1994 album), along with other rare and unreleased treasures.
