price includes everything, food, drinks, some activites. We love it there ~ we went for our honeymoon too. Just made a new res. yesterday for next year. We celebrate our 5th.

There are a ton of places to shop just watch out for prices you can talk them down. Theres an trip you can take off the resort to a flea market type place. There are uselly locals everywhere trying to sell you there stuff ~ they get as close to the resort boundries as they can.

i'm planning to go in 2009. I was wondering if it's safe to venture off the resort site? Are there any shopping areas nearby?

What was the weather like that time of year in Jamaica? Air temp, water temp? Day/night.

We have been in July too, that is a much nicer time of year to go. The water temp is much warmer, and not so much rain.

Didnt know the water temp was that much different. And I thought July would be too hot and humid of a month to go.
We want to go to a Sandals in St. Lucia. They say the winter months here are the dryer months there.

My husband and I honeymooned at Sandals Negril back in 1995. 3 kids later, we have yet to go back. Thanks for taking me back. They sure attract good folks there...it was good company, good drinks, and just all around Wonderful. Thanks for sharing...You too look like you had a great Christmas.

almost forgot...i see lotsa shots of the beach grille. did you meet fitzroy? he was the best. our first day there, he wouldn't let us order; he just gave us jerk chicken and told us to eat! lol... :)
