The black thing behind grant is Brenda's daughter. You can tell by the shirt and the hair. Watch the whole episode and you will see her running in and out of the room and standing by the door the whole time Jay and Grant are doing the reveal. As for the whispers i dont know i have to listen with headphones.

i think the sound is a implanted sound, 2 sound recordings murged into a single audio, the "whisper" over powers the voice of the people talking in the vid were as if it were real the people talking would and should over power the "whisper" so the only way to listen to the "whisper" would be from an audio clean up, cut parts and inhance parts

i do beleive it is a child in the house.. not neccessarily in the same room but atleast near the recording guy (because a guy stands at the door or on the edge of the room holding a speaker to record sound, the cameras do not record sound). the child is bickering because she wants to know whats going on in the room with all the cameras and the crew, it sounds like she wants to get to her mom or her superior, and she even says "can I go?", because a crew member is handling her.

This is not an EVP or a ghostly figure. if you watched the full clip (there's a short clip of this entire part in youtube) you'll notice that it's the daughter. The camera showed her eating chocolate inside the room while the Taps crew were talking to the lady. She probably said something during the above conversation but was edited out due to being irrelevant in that scene. And like what Kissingshadow said, TAPS have editors who would have caught this "EVP" if it were real.

@brunfist You are probably right. In the last several years TAPS has been staging things and once they do that, their credibility is shot. You can tell by their reactions. When they are genuinely startled or find genuine evidence, they react appropriately. Lately, they've been too subdued. That's unfortunate. I've had too many odd experiences to dismiss "ghosts", and when they fake it, it hurts the science of it.

If you watched this episode in its entirity you would see that the lady's young daughter is always in the room with her. She was present when this shot was taken too and playing just off camera (a pan is made of the room later to show she was there). The sounds heard here are more than likely the child.
