However, Miss China really is beautiful and beauty contest should not involve with world politics. I think because this was held in China and Miss China won, that's what makes ppl doubt about the decision. But honestly, it's not like only ppl in China voted, so what's the big deal? It's been four years already, just have your hope for the future.

Miss World is the most corrupted pageant in history. The first known case of corruption was 1970 when Eric Gairy, Premier of Guam was in the panel and paid to let Miss Guam win.
Another case is when the pageant in 2002 left Nigeria because of riots. Julia Morley stated it was time for a Muslim country to win and during the coronation Miss Turkey was elected.
It wouldn't surprise me if the Chinese organisers paid the ''charity'' in favour to let Miss China win.
Zhang is a very beautiful woman she deserves the crown :)
