This is very inspiring and I thank Georgetown University for supporting a very well-known and respected person in the Deaf community. I aspire to someday accomplish some of the things which Dr. Carol Padden has.
I earned my B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2002. I'm also Deaf and use American Sign Language. I'm currently an Adjunct Professor of Sign Language Studies/Deaf Studies at Sacramento City College and enrolled in a Master's program.
