i know..it even broke my heart when i saw the video my husband took as the test was performed.
but they said that its the new way to detect congenital metabolic disorder , so we had no other choice but to have our baby undergo the test since it's for his benefit. But i do hope there will be an alternative procedure that would be less painful for the baby.
I sure hope so. It did break my heart too. I was so angry
and upset to hear the baby crying, I don't know what I would
have said or done if it had been my baby. I hope Zach is
doing okay now.

That damn test has got to be the cruelest test ever to give
a newborn baby anytime, anywhere. I don't think people
realize how much pain a new baby or anyone is in when
that is being done. There has to be a better way to obtain
these test results.
