Actually the sabbath does fall on Saturdays. If God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh day. Saturday is the seventh day of the week and therefore the Sabbath.
The only reason it was changed, by the Cathlic church to Sunday (the first day of the week), was to see how many Jews and Muslims could be converted. And the best way to know that information was to see what day they worshiped on. Jesus kept the sabbath on Saturday because he was a Jew.

Actually the sabbath does fall on Saturdays. If God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh day. Saturday is the seventh day of the week and therefore the Sabbath.
The only reason it was changed, by the Cathlic church to Sunday (the first day of the week), was to see how many Jews and Muslims could be converted. And the best way to know that information was to see what day they worshiped on. Jesus kept the sabbath on Saturday because he was a Jew.
