Yes the AP2 does have a 2.2 but it doesn't have any higher output hp wise than an AP1. it's got 9 more ft lbs of torque from increasing the stroke. An ap2 however is geared differently to make the car easier to drive. It also has a bit different suspension setup to keep the car from over steering. Both cars have posted best time of 13.7's stock on s2ki by owners verifiable with slips so neither really defeats the other straight line. I've driven both and chose the AP1 but they're both awesome :)

Also in japan they have 250hp @ 125 per liter. To go along with the ferrari statement recently i have heard that one of ferraris newer cars has beaten the s2k's hp per liter just not the 430
