From about 92-05 the rap industry recruited all these ex-offenders to fit the black thug stereotype that they were selling (those always do well), and people ate it up without thinking. Of course, at least some of these guys are gay. Shit, statistically, some of them would be gay anyway. I knew this from the start of gangsta rap in the 80s. You'd have to be blind not to see it.
