Disney films from the 90s always filled me with so much awe as a kid! I love them, especially the little mermaid.

At least we can take solace in the face that our generation grew up on quality films like this. Kids today get fed so much brainless TV shows and films (not being specific here lest I incur someone's wrath) than they need to be shown these earlier Disney classics to bring them up.

I agree. I feel very fortunate that we grew up with all of the classic Disney shows and movies when they were new and it was so exciting when something came to the movies or came on television.

i love this song last year my school did a ymnastic routine to this song and it turned out to be AWSOME

i had to sing this for choir... at first everyone was like OMG this is terrible and then we got into it and it turned out great. we sound nothing like the original being that we aren't sailors. and half of us our girls!

Yes you are right. I have the soundtrack to this movie and that verse is on the soundtrack. I did not even realize that it wasnt there until you brought it to mind. Hmmmm, I will have to look into that one, thanks.
