  • This again confirms to me, Ed Parker was ahead of his time. By even allowing a person to film a class means he had a vision to promote kenpo or perserve a moment in time for the future, something. People would say, he didn't like cameras on during a seminar, maybe true as these were used to promote the persons own agenda, and not help Ed Parker/kenpo. These ideas are things we take for granted now. Thank you Ed Parker, a master of the arts. You are missed.

  • Loved the stretch kicks and footwork drills, a lot of kenpo guys don't stress legwork and it's good to see the original system had that and the chinese footwork in it.
