hi motor is lombardini ldw 1003 and trans is one harley evo gearbox with primo clutch.

eco is 60miles with 2-3 liter diesel.

What's going on with that belt on the side? What does it do? I don't know crap about diesel engines. To be honest it would kinda freak me out a little bit having that spinning belt right by my leg, but it sure looks and sounds hardcore as fuck. The first diesel bike I've ever seen. Awesome!

Nice Bike!!! is that a 3 cylinder tdi? i was told that the 1.4tdi has a cast iron block but the 1.2 from the lupo 3L is all aluminium! that would be a good option for a motorcycle, that or a smart 800cc engine...

no is normal diesel. people like it simple! tdi 1,4 is to heavy and complicate with injection like the 1,2. smart is not easy to let it run in straight possition.

and a lot of electric too.

So that's like an industrial engine, totally mechanic, and naturally aspirated? that's a great option. although they're usually all made of cast iron, and not all that powerful

it cost over 10000euro because engine alone is 4500 and harley gearbox is not cheap too.

i you go much km is economically.

if not not. but if you like special bikes and diesel engines than exist no better choice.

but is an harley chopper for 80000euro economically??

without charger it take around 2,5 -3 liter to 100km.

with charger ca 0,3liter more.

with charger it runs around 145kmh without ca 130-135kmh. torque is with supercharger now ca 76nm.

just out of curiosity, what kind of MPG does this get compared to before the engine swap? What sort of performance difference does this yield? Never seen a bike quite like... A little bit curious... Have an old honda with no motor... Wondering if this is a realistic swap, or more of a novelty item.

Diesel bikes have been around since the start,just not very popular due to limited performance,but great MPG,now we have modern high reving diesels and the stupid cost of fuel,people are looking at diesel again.He paid WAY to much for that commercial engine,I could get one for less than 1500 euro's,I used to build hyd power packs with those engines,only other real expense would be the Harley gearbox,other parts just a few euro from Fenner,BSL etc.
