Cuz losing weight is hard... lol. It's easy as shit to lose weight. I've been bodybuilding for the past 5 years and i can say without a doubt that bulking is 1000x harder than cutting. I can cut 20-30 lbs in a month easy, but to put on 20-30 lbs takes months. I don't get why some people can't go to the gym for an hour, do cardio/core lifts and eat a balanced diet? And by diet i don't mean that weight watchers or those stupid as diets, i mean a diet that is fit for you... some people are pathetic
@noobhealz402 Just because it works for you doesnt mean it does for others. there's a huge difference between hard gainers and easy gainers. Some people have conditions that don't allow them to be bigger or smaller.. take that into consideration before you call someone pathetic. im doing this operation as well and what im worried about is the excessive skin. im almost like your starting weight (maybe less) and i can see that u dont seem to have any excessive skin. I worry because even if u work out, the progress goes so fast that the skin will hang anyway. how did u do ??? thank you

@jmeree hey stop hating on people that get the gastric bypass...we are not lazy most of us have lost like 100 pounds we lose 20 then gain 30 back and we do that over and over again. with me i was gona die cuz i was so big and had heart and pulmonaty isues and becuz of my surgery i lost 200 pounds in 13 months....and you wana hate some more on me....and others like me. i just had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago today and i am not only healthy im beautiful.....so keep your negative words to yourself
sometimes life hands people the wrong set of Genes and not everyone can lose weight through diet and exercise. I went to the gym for a whole month straight. Every day, twice a day and LOST ZERO pounds. I reduced my food intake too. I gained 100 pounds due to medicine not because I'm some fat hungry pig. I have a slow metabolism and cannot burn off calories fast enough. So does that mean I should just stop eating? Try wearing my shoes for a day, you'll find out their uncomfortable.

I take biotin occasionally, but in all honesty, I haven't done much for my hair. I started out with really thick hair so I was a little lucky in that department. I have a friend who lost a lot of hair who also started out with really thick hair and the only difference is that she washed, blow-dried and straightened her hair daily. After surgery your hair gets very brittle and breaks off easy. The less heat you apply, the less breakage. I've been letting my hair dry naturally. =)

Just wanted to let you know that I had my surgery.. not bad at all felt like a kick in the ribs, but besides that at my 1 week mark I had lost 21 lbs it's amamzing!! @MusicIzMySavior she probably did try diet and exercise. usually surgery is a last resort option for people whos wait effects thier health or daily life style and cannot lose enough due to thyroid, not enough time of energy.

@jmeree hey stop hating on people that get the gastric bypass...we are not lazy most of us have lost like 100 pounds we lose 20 then gain 30 back and we do that over and over again. with me i was gona die cuz i was so big and had heart and pulmonaty isues and becuz of my surgery i lost 200 pounds in 13 months....and you wana hate some more on me....and others like me. i just had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago today and i am not only healthy im beautiful.....so keep your negative words to yourself

sometimes life hands people the wrong set of Genes and not everyone can lose weight through diet and exercise. I went to the gym for a whole month straight. Every day, twice a day and LOST ZERO pounds. I reduced my food intake too. I gained 100 pounds due to medicine not because I'm some fat hungry pig. I have a slow metabolism and cannot burn off calories fast enough. So does that mean I should just stop eating? Try wearing my shoes for a day, you'll find out their uncomfortable.

I am scared, I'll be honest...I think the biggest thing is hair loss that scares me. My husband just got over cancer last year, and I've seen hair loss and its not pretty. What were your stats if you don't mind me asking...I am 5'9.5" and weigh 282 right now...Trying to decide what my "goal" weight is...BMI says I should be around 140...I think that's too low for my build...?

I have a question I am having surgery on Aug 26 so next week, and I am really really worried about hairloss, from looking at your videos (which have been very helpful!!) your hair looks very healthy and full what vitamins or supplements if any did you use to maintain your hair?? && thanks again for your videos they are great,, you have an amazing personality!! and after watching your videos i have alot less worries.. =)

I take biotin occasionally, but in all honesty, I haven't done much for my hair. I started out with really thick hair so I was a little lucky in that department. I have a friend who lost a lot of hair who also started out with really thick hair and the only difference is that she washed, blow-dried and straightened her hair daily. After surgery your hair gets very brittle and breaks off easy. The less heat you apply, the less breakage. I've been letting my hair dry naturally. =)

Thanks! That makes me feel much better I have extremely thick hair! But I'm worried cause it's really long and if I lose some it will look funny, I'll be skinny with funny hair! haha! Just wanted to let you know that I had my surgery.. not bad at all felt like a kick in the ribs, but besides that at my 1 week mark I had lost 21 lbs it's amamzing!! I just have to share it with the world!! Thanks again for your videos! out of all the weighloss videos your my favorite!! =)

@MusicIzMySavior she probably did try diet and exercise. usually surgery is a last resort option for people whos wait effects thier health or daily life style and cannot lose enough due to thyroid, not enough time of energy.
