CotW may drop in single, but only character's NON-uber skill can spawn. Any SSU can be dropped in single btw. Only Aerial's Skull is realm item (can't be found in single)

as far as i know - well as I have experienced - any spell timer skill - proc or not - locks out normal skills too for a very short time. I saw this also with Glacial Nova. (from Karcheus)

@xTSRxDarkRipper no, CotW can't even drop in single player, they are disabled. You can get them only on realm, same as secret sacred unique items, realm only.

@ae1337 I'm not sure that's entirely true. I've found an Ouroborus ring offline and that's a secret sacred unique. I know the CotW and phase crystal jewels are disabled though.

@bitsofmusic that ring is single player secret, you can even find it in documentation. There is few secret items aviable for single player mode.

It is cornerstone of the world unique jewel, aviable only in realm version of mod. At the time video was made, that was probably only one such jewel on realm (they are extremely rare + you have to find one with right skill, even if you get cotw, only one of ~160 (all skills that spawn on cotws) will be pounce)). That particular cotw was found by other user few days after start of 1.a9 ladder.
