So what? He's not dumb, it was made before April. I don't see why it's still eligible. Doesn't really seem like it's fair if you can just re-upload an RSMV, EVEN if it was copyrighted.

Lol, it should eligible because she actually spent time in making it. Think of all the views, ratings, and comments that video lost with it being re-uploaded many times. People can still enter contests as long as they delete their old video and re-enter. Each RSMV a person does, takes time and effort, there's no reason for that to go to any waste.

I'm quite aware that it takes time and effort. BUT, this video was NOT made in April. She made it before, and in the description it even says "Video must be made within the month (1st - 29th) of April."

However, the person is allowed to be re-upload it. I was a judge last month, you're allowed to work on it for as long as you want as long as it's uploaded in the month of April. For example, you can start on a video in February and upload it in the month of April, and it will count as being an entry in the contest.
