wood chops on cables, explosive tricep workouts, just imitate the motion of the bat on the cable machine and explode threw it, then once your arms do it with no weight it will seem that much easier for your body to do therefore doing it faster

115 sounds unhealthily low for me! This isn't for wrestling is it? I don't feel comfortable recommending a weight loss plan for you, especially since you seem too young to be needing to lose that kind of weight. I wish I could help more, but professionally....I have to pass. I hope you understand.

No sweat buddy! Don't worry about anything but continuing to show up at the start! Make this part of your new lifestyle and you will succeed in the long term. As far as the exercises themselves...begin with bodyweight only to start and make modifications if you have to to be able to complete the exercises. Pushups on knees, inverted pullups under squat rack bar, no med ball on ab exercises, etc. Keep going with this and you will get the results!
