This is my favorite DeGarmo song. I have been looking for this performance for a long time. Thank you for posting it. I wish Diana would record this, what a great song for her to cover. She reminds me of a 2004 Lesley Gore. What a strong and powerful voice from such a young singer.

This is one of my favorite performances of hers from Idol. She really rocked disco night!

As an interesting side note, this song is by Melba Moore (she's a Grammy and Tony Award winner). Diana starred in Brooklyn: The Musical alongside Melba last year (they played each other's rivals in the show)! Melba even gave said Diana inspired her at the time, if I remember correctly...pretty awesome praise from a legend.
