I don't get it... What I do get is that Englad sucked at the World Cup mainly because fo the low proficiency of his main striker Rooney. In football, strikers can miss lots of scoring chances and it doesn't affect the outcome of the game directly. If the goalkeeper errors, then its a costly error.
