@GunsandRacing Cost of the setup is less than one of Ferrari's tires/wheels. Not every one can afford a Ferrari or Porseche, etc. Your question is fair but not understood well. Are you saying I shall get a regular car? I have many of cars, why I need another one? Here is analogy may answer your question: why do poeple play Ping-Pong (table tennis) on the table instead of playing Tennis on the ground?

another thing. how do you heel-toe with that bar in between your legs? I do a lot of heel-toe and switching left foot braking. That bar would rack my shins.

Sounds like you are still learning how to setup suspension. You can apply real world suspension configuration and get 90% true results (10% for weather, turrain, etc) I built my own sim racing/drifting/rallying cabinet modifying the Microsoft Xbox Wheel to have a handbrake, clutch, and seq shifter.

@DreamxLand420 Actually not. But "driving" on a seat with a real wheel and pedal, view over 120 degree as if you drive a real car seeing almost 1:1 ratio does make a day-and-night diff, though.

nice set up, how do you like the gear shifter? I have fanatec GT2 wheel/clubsport pedals, and have been happy with the gearshift paddles and no clutch-however i have noticed on forza4 while racing identical cars on single player mode they seem to pull away initially and wondered if it was quicker using gearshifter and clutch?,thanks-once again, great set-up u have, but you definatley need more xboxes tho lol!

@frogfister I like, fun with gearshift/clutch. I did not prove if quicker or not with, but I will guess slower indeed since my brain has to deal with both hand and foot to engage two steps for a shifting....

If you bought the Clubsport pedals (with clutch already), why did U not buy the gearshift? I guess today among those super cars only Porsche is still using the clutch.

@jpzhouutube thanks for reply, i am only using a temporary set up at the moment and do not have anywhere to install a gear stick yet, however i hope to remedy this soon and i have been promised a gear stick for xmas! I have been using the GT2 since April and hope to get alot more use out of it-but when it finally does break i would love to replace with the clubsport wheel, it looks brilliant.

the optical-electrio sensors are pretty good doing such job. While you release the clutch slowly, unlike the real car, you do not feel machically under your foot or phyically feels as g-force, though. But you will see your car engaging to move... here is another video may not directly related to your question:

@lllHECTORlll I tried the FM4 head tracking. It's not that great. I mean, it's alright, but I doubt that you'll be wanting to turn your head when you're driving 100+ MPH....lol, You'll just be like oh shit, pay attention to the road...lol

3 TVs is better because you can see the sides at a blink of an eye rather than having to turn your head, but god damn, that's an expensive set up..... 3 TVs, 3 xboxes, 3 copies of the game.
