What happens on the globe "ticker" varies -- sometimes it rotates, sometimes not.

like you can really whats going on in this low quiality video. Maybe a zoom would be a little better, but not much.

Yes, in "normal" quality, it's not as good as we'd like. Click on "watch in high quality" below the image (lower right) and it's much better -- JVC U.S. PR rep.
