@Sharmeka2010 I used Biotin on two occasions and my skin broke out both times. The first time I didnt think it was the Biotin but then I cleared my skin back up and started taking it again and my skin again broke out badly. I heard your skin wont do as bad if you drink lots of water so maybe you could try that!!!

@msalove63 when taking biotin ALWAYS use a B complex pill. It will prevent breakouts. Either B6, B12, B24. Get them at grocery store.

Your hair came out really nice especially for not using heat! I only flat iron my hair twice a year. I always do wet sets, so I figured after watching your video I thought I would try the ponytail method as well....LOL I was a HOT MESS....LOL. I've been taking biotin pills for at least 4 years on & off . It is actually good for your skin and nails as well...so no, you won't break out :)

i have mixed hair and i use this big can of olive oil spray, its really light and it doesnt make your hair greasy at all thats what i love, it just adds a nice shine and softness to it. You should get it! I got it at walmart lol

The traditional wrap can cause breakage on one side of the hair. I have that too! Search on Youtube about cross wrapping. It's much healther and easier b/c I can't do a traditional wrap for the life of me and I've been doing it for 2 years now.

So you dont use a hair straightener or a blowdryer, how does it still come out so nicely? I would like to try to do that because it already takes me about two hrs to wash, rinse, let conditioner siet for 40 min then rinse again, blow dry then straighten. So can you show a step-by step video of how you maintain your hair w/o heat? I also bought the herbal essence long term relationship and the Tresemme Moist. Rich, I still need to get the proclaim oil.

In this video I was only a few weeks (maybe a month) post relaxer so my hair was manageable. I did a ponytail rollerset (check out caisha1's channel/video - How to cheat your way to a gorgeous rollerset!). When it was dry I wrappped my hair and went to bed! If you have any kinks, use your flat iron on a low setting to knock them out.
