Briwat dial djaj ( pastry stuffed with spicy chicken), Sfiha, Somoza,Guioza, Harumaki, Empanadas, Pasteis, etc. They are all great world food with different spices and different ways of cooking and that should be respected. Please refrain from stupid comments. This video added a lot and the background music gave me a happy feeling despite the fact that I couldn't understand a word of it. Thanks a lot!
i think if u cook in some oil it will take less time, maybe not as heathly as baking but it will also look nicer. just my opinion. thnx for the idea...,.salam

@princessemaghreb I know someone who shreds her chicken a lot more and they always come out too dry. I think by leaving bigger pieces of chicken it keeps the pockets from drying out so much.
if i put turmeric in the food i dont need to add food colorant .turmeric is already yellow and by the way it's very benefic . tank you for the receipe .
waw you live in USA that's so cool , you're lucky , well take my e-mail , i'm gonna live in usa and i wanna know how's life there , salam o 3alikom akhti
Working hard gathering bucks and then go back home to spend some good time with family n the beach. Things are getting hard in here day by day. anyway this is not the subject here, I just wanna say that this damn video made me hungry haha. I love briwat xD.
Zatima, ma3andi mangoul, tbark allah 3lik. Great job and thank you for breaking the process down step by step, it makes it a whole lot easier to follow, at least for me, and i am a moroccan man who has been living in the states for quite some time now. Keep the delicious sh-hiwate dial bladi coming. Shoumisha has NOTHING on you!!
and i wanna ask you about"lwrka dial lbsstila cause i live in NY and i have never found it there and i use the appolo fillo pastry sheet"i think it comes from egypt"but it's very difficult to handle it's breakable and not tastes good as the one we have in morocco!!so the one you use i think it's chinese sheets!!it tastes good or not?and i can get it from where?chokran bzaf..

zatima I think you should have shredded the meat a little more
the dough was also too thin, my tipp is to clap two sides....is somewhat thicker, and it does not fall apart while frying
excellent video :)
