  • Briwat dial djaj ( pastry stuffed with spicy chicken), Sfiha, Somoza,Guioza, Harumaki, Empanadas, Pasteis, etc. They are all great world food with different spices and different ways of cooking and that should be respected. Please refrain from stupid comments. This video added a lot and the background music gave me a happy feeling despite the fact that I couldn't understand a word of it. Thanks a lot!

    the dough was also too thin, my tipp is to clap two sides....is somewhat thicker, and it does not fall apart while frying

  • @princessemaghreb I know someone who shreds her chicken a lot more and they always come out too dry. I think by leaving bigger pieces of chicken it keeps the pockets from drying out so much.
