Why does UKIP want Magna Carta back (the British people's original constitution) and habeas corpus, which doens't allow people to be detained? Habeas corpus is an out of date law that prevents police from detaining white racists.

The EU, that wants to encourage more millions of africans to settle in britain and europe and so is obviously very tolerant, does not like habeus corpus. that shows its out of date.
