Excellent. I liked it very much and the cutlets turned out very good. She has displayed the recipe in a very professional and confident manner. I shall followup other recipes by her. All the ingredients were very realistic, no gimmick and down to earth recipe. That is what is required not extraordinary ingredients difficult to get. Ordinary daily used items in recipe is the best policy. Well done. I had watched a few other channels and this is the Best. 5 Stars from UK.
