Did you hear they closed down the North Shore Music Theatre? I saw Hairspray there four years ago. It was an awesome place.

Most cool things were torn down in my city too. Now everything is glass, concrete, and steel and run by the banking industry.

This is why I'm glad to be going to college up North. Hopefully there's still historical structures left along side the new.

I love seeing old theatres restored. In Melbourne, Australia in the early 90s a large amount of theatres were restored after many were closed in the 60s/70s. They really are grand structures.
