One person in particular, Kugo wants to become a regular human and can be one if he transfers his powers to another person. Ichigo eagerly accepts but Riruka is still in doubt (another Fullbringer but reverted i think). Im only wondering if his swords and techniques will be the same or if they'll all change due to the new powers.

I mean, he still has his physical strength, as he trained his body as a Shinigami/soul reaper, but all his spirit related powers are gone (for now).

So in this state, no, I think he'd just become a regular Plus if he died.
