I remember this story. this happened years ago. A lady went to Mcdonalds to pick up a snack on the way home. When she got home she found the chicken head shaped McNugget. Then the publicity. Im trying to remember if she gave the manager a first opportunity to take care of the problem or she just called the media.

Hey, what do we expect? It's mechanically separated chicken. The factory machinery doesn't know. There's probably ground up chicken heads in a lot of those mystery nuggets. You see, that's why I eat at Chick Fill-A. Their chicken strips are whole pieces of white breast meat in a much better tasting batter, and the chicken heads don't make it past quality control-real people- not machines!
