Dad took this on a boat tour of the harbor. Do you think the family group was pre-arranged? They seem awfully happy and all sitting there so idyllic.
Was your dad a special guest? Who had to prearrange themselvle to smile at you? They smiled probably bcos they saw the camera and saw the tourists willing pay high price to ride on their boats. Do you expect that they should all be crying and asking you for money?
In the beginning of the clip 0.13 nobody care the building had the harbor view during the 60's. However, today having the harbor view is a big deal. I guess the time is difference.
