It was pretty trashed. The theater was actually condemned a year ago and the owners owed a huge amount of back taxes. No one came forward to purchase and renovate it so, that was that.
that looks like a real old theater. did they really have to tear it down, or could it have been preserved? Did they save anything form the theater or was it all trashed. oh well, it's kinda fun to watch the destruction anyway, and the commentary is great. big hoe doing its job.
I cringe when I see old theaters being destroyed.
