This stand off kind of reminds me of a "the good, the bad, and the ugly" situation. "The bad" (Solidus and Fortune) have "the good" (Snake and Raiden) in their clutches. Suddenly "the ugly" (Ocelot) shows up and now they more or less cooperate or at least tolerate each other against the common enemy.

the names are real and according to the data that they got from GW when it was destroyed those were supposed to be the patriots but they were just random names that the patriots themselves used to cover it up, the patriots arent people they explain everything there. it took me long to put everything together and i had to read a lot of mg but i finally understood the whole plot of the story its facinating,,,

The Patriots (according to the data from the disk), died about 100 years ago. Although, I believe the data is false, as Big Boss, Zero, EVA, and Ocelot are all founding members of the Patriots, although Zero is the last remaining member (I think).

If your talking about online play, yes. Although it is not stated, but you can kind of guess that L.Ocelot still has the EMT gizmo on him in MGS4. HOW do i know? I dont, but i think he does and it makes sense, because he carries no guns with him and is never afraid of getting shot. Plenty of opportunities were shown in teh game where solid, meryl, etc could have wasted him when he was in teh open. It make sense he woudl wear it and not carry any guns. BAd ASS device though.
