There's no excuse for doing this kind of thing, none! ... And yeah, we know kids have done what you describe. People will always try to make money out of every situation; these kids you speak of are usually coached and directed by adults. But that's not the point here!

Did you know that eveything people use as evil used to be seen as something evil by some church like being left handed, of being deaf and the list is as long as the laws writen like sex laws that protect or serve no one, but the people that get rich by use of these worthless laws know, there is no excuse for pushing stupid laws when the fact is the persons getting money like No Culfs is setting up a fine & spam program?
