I have to also ad, I do what I call damage control, I do not consume fast foods, I do read what I consume carefully, I do scrutinize most of the prepared foods I consume, I just need a proper introduction, I do not consume any form of diet foods! And that includes Diet sodas, they are the worst.

I have to add, I maintain a weight of 385 not a good weight for some one 5 ft. 9 inches, I loose and then I gain, mostly I hold that weight only because I am active, I want to loose the stored fat for good! I subscribed to a blog site recently to get the required information for this diet, I would like some feed back from some of you though, thanks! Note, many on here have less to loose than me!

Yes, you are correct, I have eliminated MSG consumption, I had found MSG in basic foods like canned chicken broths which I use on occasion to make vegetable soup. I also found that certain brands of Whole wheat bread contain another nemesis, high fructose corn syrup, it to is a very disruptive component when consumed-
