Where are you shooting 2x4s at in Virginia? Private land I'm guessing? Let me know if there's a range that'll let you shoot stuff like that. All the ones that I go to are either indoor places where you can't shoot rifles or outdoor and they won't let you shoot handguns. And you always have to just sit/stand in one place the whole time. Still fun, but not the most realistic training in the world.
@wcropp1 Oh and that earthquake was pretty wild, huh? Virginia will occasionally get a small tornado or a bad thunderstorm, but earthquakes is new to me and I've lived here for a long time.
@wcropp1 Most of my shooting takes place on privately owned land. In my area must of the "long range" shooting ranges are club owned and operated or county owned turkey shoots. The only actual ranges I visit are usually just indoor pistol ranges. I've lived in VA most my life and we have had smaller earthquakes in the past, but none that I can recall that caused damage. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment on the video.
@MrStihlo66 Dang... I am completely dropping the ball lately. Tell ya what, I will make sure I deploy it at least twice in the next video, I promise. Thanks for your kind words.
@brutus4201 The serrated version I have had since like 1999 or 2000 I believe, its been a while. I just recently came across a collector that had a new plain edge still in the package and I was able to trade him a Spyderco Police for it. I just looked on ebay and there is 4 or 5 of them on there ranging in price from $120-$160... yikes. Thanks for watching!
@007JoeVitto i had an earthquake TODAY but we NEVER get any natural disasters... i live in western europe, nothing ever happens here ( rains all the time and its still 1 - 1 )
Its not really to be called an earthquake though... (i wus just like, hey, im not making this movement...)
@Dafoodmaster Sometimes "nothing" happening is a good thing! I was outside when the first larger quake hit and at first I was like oh that seems odd, and then it got worst and I was like "oh shit, this isn't normal". Thanks for watching.
@Bladedude92 Yeah, the media tried to set a bit of panic but the reactors actually took themselves offline when the quake was first detected. I don't believe they are running at 100% yet, mainly because we are averaging like 2-3 aftershocks a day ranging from the low 1.0 - 2.5s. Thanks for commenting and watching. Take care.
@chavezchavez556 I've been around and what not... Hopefully... key word is hope, to get more stuff uploaded in the next couple days. Might even upload some older stuff. Thanks for watching.
What kind of IT work are you in? I'm looking to get into that field not sure where to start though whether it be college or Tech courses. Congrats on the new place.
@Dougedoug14 I'm a consultant for a large Tech company. Basically my company pimps me out to smaller companies to help them get some sort of Helpdesk/Service Center Infrastructural setup to manage and support their network and clients. Honestly, a college degree is never a bad thing, but in the IT world, a certification works just as well. I started out with a simple comptia A+ cert, and went on to MCSE/MCSA, Cisco, LPI, CIW... and the list goes on. It all depends on what you wanna do... Thanks!

Good to see another vid! Did the news ever freak out about the North Anna Nuclear Power Plant that was 25 miles away from the epicenter?
