    My parents are Hungarian and they tried to make me eat this pseudo-food every Christmas. It's horrible, and I could never stomach it. The appearance is thoroughly disgusting, it looks like a pile of decapitated body parts floating in ice. I don't know how anyone could enjoy the texture of those cold slimy pork-flavored chunks sliding down their throat. In English it's called "aspic", and even the name sounds like some kind of butt floss.
