This was so helpful. I've recently graduated from college and perming my hair and needed a professional look for my upcoming interviews. I love my fro but it won't work lol. I think this will. Thanks girl!
I have been looking for a pin up style for in between length. I am going to do this Friday and hopefully will be my staple for the winter months. Thanks
This is a great series and has give me so many ideas that I am excited to try on my hair. However, I have a couple of questions: How long do these styles last you? And how do you protect them at night/freshen them up in the morning? Thanks!
@Teeka121 Hi there :) I almost always start the week with freshly washed hair. I twist it overnight in about 50 twists. Let's call that day 0. In the morning of day 1 I do a twist out and style it. Each night I take the style down (I may apply some conditioner or butta) and plat my hair into 10-15 braids and style it differently in the morning. The only exception was video 29. I kept that one almost a week. HTH
Thanks for this video... I'll be graduating college in December and my biggest fear is that I would have to hide my hair for my career... This video makes me much more confident as a result!!! Thanks! =)
@SparkTaneous Congrats on your upcoming graduation. :) I had the same fear but I've learned that natural hair doesn't have to be buck wild. It's just more fun that way. ;)
Thanks for the vid. I like it and tried it. It came out okay. But will do it tighter next time.
