  • @ercolino23 From California. I realize the origin of Alfredo is different than this recipe...but this is the Aflredo that most Americans know. Perhaps I'll make a traditional version soon.

  • @24mandr No...not really. 1/3 to 1/2 pound of pasta I think is right for two people. A pint of cream is plenty, and just adjust the amount to get the right consistency

  • So, I have jarred alfredo sauce...so instead of cooking the sauce from scratch like you did, I can just throw the jar in a skillet???

  • @TheDomValencia Sure, and if that works for you great. But cream + cheese is not much harder and to me, tastes a lot better.
