Great, especially for a biology class project. DOTS is important, but when it comes to incomplete treatment, be careful not to place all the responsibility--much less blame--on patients (perhaps especially presumably recalcitrant prisoners). Let us not forget that the protocol is difficult to implement for overlapping cultural, political and economic reasons. Nonetheless, kudos on the video!
