I think this song is called Drive To The Boatyard by Ilan Eshkeri. Not drive to the warehouse, although similar the boatyard song does not have Lisa Gerrard as you say.

Oh yes awesome when this starts in LC: besides, if i may do a suggestion, maybe you (Kirschdieb) could add "Layer Cake" in the tags so that ppl who heard this in LC and wld like to find the song can find it more easily.
