WILLIAM TROY MCCUNE is suing the makers of a NOTORIOUS B.I.G. documentary, claiming they used footage of him without his permission.
The star, who enjoyed success during the late 1980s and early 1990s, is seeking $5 million (GBP2.5 million) from the producers of 2007 film Notorious B.I.G.: Bigger Than Life.
It featured interviews with close friends and associates of Notorious B.I.G, real name Christopher Wallace.
