If you read Matt Fraction's other Thor titles like "Thor: Ages of Thunder"; "Thor: World Eaters"; and "Thor: Galactus Seed", you'll see what Fraction has done to Thor's personality--he's a weird writer with strange dialouge. As far as phsyicallity goes, Thor is a match Hulk: J.I.M 112, Defenders 10, and Thor 73 can attest to that.
The video cuts off (understandably) but after that last panel Thor collapses unconscious and possibly near death (even Odin couldnt heal his wounds). As we see though Hulk is seemingly unharmed and merely goes right on rampaging and breaking shit when he lands in Transylvania. Thor put everything into that one last shot (including a simultaneous gigantic lightning bolt) and was done afterwards while Hulk was still trucking, if on the other side of the planet.

You should look at the comic panel again. He only starts talking when he's on fire. Rambling because the sensation surprised him like your reaction when someone screams in your ear when your deep asleep. Note, Nul Hulk is indeed more powerful then Thor, but Thor has far better combat experience, thousands of years, and that's why he landed more hits and Hulk's face was cut up and bleeding while Thor look fine, but only exhausted.
Hulk has the potential for unlimited strength. His strength gradually goes up every hour or few minutes. Then drops back down when he is calm or hurt really bad as the pain is overwhelming his anger, or human form. Alot of marvel characters have that potential. Silver surfer can amp his strength to 100000000 tons in seconds while it'll take hulk a few hours or days to reach that level. Surfer can just kill him.

With enough pain anger can be overwhelmed. Actually other emotions can overcome pain too like fear. Void scaring the Hulk and crushing all the bones in his body. The fear and pain made him weaker and it took a prolong time for him to heal.

Hulk never holds back. That's plot of the Hulk's story. Trying to hold back the hate and anger deep inside. That's Bruce Banner's curse, anger and this anger brings suffering and pain to himself and those around him. He rampages are the reason that he couldn't control himself. Thor on the other hand has a history of holding back. Because he's a virtuous god with a high moral compass and a virtuous god should not go all out against mortals.

It's very easy to tell when Thor's not holding back. Just look at the amount of lightening he's emitting. He usually hammering with lightening that shake cities. The sky should go all dark like a coming storm. That's when Thor is Thor. That's when he is the thunder god. Other times he's just a brute with a hammer.
We get to see a bit of the true Thunder God right before he launches Hulk into space.

Thor once ko'd him with one thunder spark to the head, frying his brain. As I read this, I was thinking wtf why didn't he do that earlier he spent the whole issue going close quarters combat with the Hulk. Thunder can shut down the brain. If your made of flesh and you get struck with lightening continuously on the head it must be PIS that your still standing.
Oh and I agree a godblast should kill Hulk since it was able to heart Galactus and crack celestial armor.

There's quite a few times Hulk had hurt his friends with banner persona within him. He also occasionally wreck cities because he can't control his anger and his strength. In battle he grows stronger because he is angry and this emotion increase his strength. If he could control himself he wouldn't be angry and screaming all the time. Hence no control = no holding back = powerful Hulk. Hulk's theme is holding back anger and attempt at control.
The Victor of this Battle is Thor because he used strength and wit.
NOTE:
Thor was acting when he said could never beat Hulk to gauge the Hulk's ego so he could land a blow that would knock him away from the battlefield. Why? He was out of juice from prior battles and then fighting both God Hulk and Thing.

That depends if Thor is using magic to amp his strength. If a normal Thor can level a city with one hammer strike. A magic amp thor can bust a planet with one hammer strike. The problem is that writers want to make an interesting comic, so most of the time thor isn't using all of his abilities.

La verdad creo que son fans de thor, no en uno ni en dos se ha visto a Hulk vencer a thor, eso si en una pelea masiva pero en si Hulk es normalmente el ganador, ademas en la pelea entre sentry y thor se muestra como Sentry no con un gran esfuerzo venció a thor en cambio contra hulk si fue mas complicado(claro que sentry huviese salido mas facilmente victorioso si huviese expulsado mas de su poder como voit)
one guy in Banner's videos commented that this video was made to look as if Thor defeated Hulk. I agreed literally, BUT Hulk was the 1st one to go down so I give the win to Thor even though he collapses after the battle.

@fernando072295 the most realistic, recent comic fight between two mainstream characters that I really enjoyed was Daken and the Punisher within Dark Reign. Punisher held his own for a minute; however he ended up dead. Thor's uncle killed him; although I would have loved to see him beat into the ground by the Hulk. Don't worry though. Marvel will revive Thor, so we will be able to pick this up later.
@fernando072295 we can debate this all day, but the reality is there will never be a full on, no holds barred slugfest between those two. They are too popular and have way too many opinionated fans. Batman is my favorite DC character and he, as a normal human being, has survived blows from Darksied. As much as I love Batman, the BS flag was flying on that one. Darksied can almost match Superman. Popularity makes the difference.

@Damnationization Strange has contained the hulk a couple of times with them. He can use as many layers of them as he needs to get the job done. Hulk's fast but he's not a speedster. He wont be able to react to divine lightning bolts from strange.
Thor lost to Gladiator who had prep, and took advantage of an old weakness that Thor no longer has. Thor came back and took him out with a couple shots.

Keep in mind that was before any of the "upgrades" you mentioned. Based soley upon the Planet Hulk/WWH storylines, there is no way Thor can compete physically with the Hulk. Prolonged battle + fueled rage = done Thunder God. Magic and the hammer are his only advantages.

Storylines ultimately determine the victor in battle. That being said, Thor's dead and the Hulk keeps ticking. Hulk's withstood everything thrown at him and is still the strongest there is.

The video cuts off (understandably) but after that last panel Thor collapses unconscious and possibly near death (even Odin couldnt heal his wounds). As we see though Hulk is seemingly unharmed and merely goes right on rampaging and breaking shit when he lands in Transylvania. Thor put everything into that one last shot (including a simultaneous gigantic lightning bolt) and was done afterwards while Hulk was still trucking, if on the other side of the planet.

Hulk has the potential for unlimited strength. His strength gradually goes up every hour or few minutes. Then drops back down when he is calm or hurt really bad as the pain is overwhelming his anger, or human form. Alot of marvel characters have that potential. Silver surfer can amp his strength to 100000000 tons in seconds while it'll take hulk a few hours or days to reach that level. Surfer can just kill him.

That's Bruce Banner's curse, anger and this anger brings suffering and pain to himself and those around him. He rampages are the reason that he couldn't control himself. It's very easy to tell when Thor's not holding back. Just look at the amount of lightening he's emitting. He usually hammering with lightening that shake cities. The sky should go all dark like a coming storm. That's when Thor is Thor. That's when he is the thunder god. Other times he's just a brute with a hammer.
We get to see a bit of the true Thunder God right before he launches Hulk into space.

As I read this, I was thinking wtf why didn't he do that earlier he spent the whole issue going close quarters combat with the Hulk. Thunder can shut down the brain. If your made of flesh and you get struck with lightening continuously on the head it must be PIS that your still standing.

There's quite a few times Hulk had hurt his friends with banner persona within him. He also occasionally wreck cities because he can't control his anger and his strength. In battle he grows stronger because he is angry and this emotion increase his strength. If he could control himself he wouldn't be angry and screaming all the time. Hence no control = no holding back = powerful Hulk. Hulk's theme is holding back anger and attempt at control.

Nul Hulk is stronger then Thor that is a fact. This Hulk has god-like powers + Savage Hulks strength. However, Thor clearly has more skill and prowess then the Hulk when he is not holding back, referencing his performance in fear itself. one guy in Banner's videos commented that this video was made to look as if Thor defeated Hulk. I agreed literally, BUT Hulk was the 1st one to go down so I give the win to Thor even though he collapses after the battle.

Thor by using own strength to fight Hulk is 1 thing.
But combining his Asgardian godly traits with Mjolnir? Now thats a different thing altogether. Overall with Mjolnir, I would say his powers are slightly more powerful if not = to the Hulk.I like the guy who revealed this truth to me.

@fernando072295 the most realistic, recent comic fight between two mainstream characters that I really enjoyed was Daken and the Punisher within Dark Reign. Punisher held his own for a minute; however he ended up dead. Thor's uncle killed him; although I would have loved to see him beat into the ground by the Hulk. Don't worry though. Marvel will revive Thor, so we will be able to pick this up later.

@fernando072295 we can debate this all day, but the reality is there will never be a full on, no holds barred slugfest between those two. They are too popular and have way too many opinionated fans. Batman is my favorite DC character and he, as a normal human being, has survived blows from Darksied. As much as I love Batman, the BS flag was flying on that one. Darksied can almost match Superman. Popularity makes the difference.

Hulk can't even pose a threat to the level of enemies Thor has fought, Galactus, Glory, Celestials to name but a few. Not saying Hulk isn't STRONGER, he may very well be, but being the strongest doesn't mean you win a fight by default. Hulk can't break Wolv's adamantium skeleton, but Thor melted it into a puddle with lightning not even having to touch him.

He defeated the X-men, Fantastic Four, the Avengers, Black Bolt, Doctor Strange, and Iron Man in the Hulkbuster armor in the same week. He has also defeated Thor.

Its very possible strange would have stayed at distance, binded hulk with the crimson bands of cytorak then hit him with a divine or shadow spell for the Kill/Ko. Thor did beat Black Bolt. @Damnationization Strange has contained the hulk a couple of times with them. He can use as many layers of them as he needs to get the job done. Hulk's fast but he's not a speedster. He wont be able to react to divine lightning bolts from strange.
Thor lost to Gladiator who had prep, and took advantage of an old weakness that Thor no longer has. Thor came back and took him out with a couple shots.

When you are as strong as those two, one blow can land you a continent away. Spiderman knocked the Gray Hulk into orbit with a single blow powered by Captain Universe's power.

@mrbigA47 Because the hulk was immensely amped and the shot he on thing was partly due to surprise. Thing is though he DID beat the hulk. Whether that blow was meant to intentionally BFR hulk or not is debatable. It may have just bee Thor hitting him really hard.

@fernando072295 Beat every Marvel hero worth his salt. Greg Pak described WWH as being stronger than any mortal and most immortals that ever walked the earth (Hulk, Skaar & Hercules Broken Frontier). If you are going to use comics as a reference to support your stance, why not begin with the most current one, Fear Itself #5 where THOR ADMITS THAT HE CAN NOT BEAT THE HULK? That encompasses every previous battle the two have ever engaged within.

@fernando072295. When has Thor crushed adamantium? Hulk has done it in the same issue I cited earlier. Hulk supported an entire mountain top in the original Secret Wars. Keep in mind that was before any of the "upgrades" you mentioned. Based soley upon the Planet Hulk/WWH storylines, there is no way Thor can compete physically with the Hulk. Prolonged battle + fueled rage = done Thunder God. Magic and the hammer are his only advantages.

P.S. -The Hulk broke his Serpent's hammer with his bare hands (Hulk vs. Dracula #3). This feat was accomplished within a Thor-based storyline. If a Thor/Hulk fight went down all out based upon current incarnations, Thor would end up dead again. Marvel would revive him again and this debate would continue...

Storylines ultimately determine the victor in battle. That being said, Thor's dead and the Hulk keeps ticking. Hulk's withstood everything thrown at him and is still the strongest there is.

lol @ people thinking Thor was serious. People forget, Thor JUST beat an entire legion of the Serpent's troops, was then blasted by the Serpent himself into Hulk/Thing, then in a 2 on 1, killed the Thing (if not for Richards healing him), then trolled the shit out of Hulk before knocking him to the other side of the planet. Amped or not, if Hulk went up against a fresh Thor, if Thor doesn't hold back, it's game over for the big green retard.
