Unfortunately im no longer a vegiterian, as i lost so much weight through it. But i havent eaten in KFC or Mc Donalds for years, due to the standards of their food, hygine, and cruelty.

I try to explain about this to my friends but they do not seem to care and this concerns me. Also at the centre of this type of fiasco is Bernard Matthews, who were shown on national news here in the UK with mallets beating turkeys.
