the show didn't necassarilly do it. Its certainly not my favorite thing in the world but it does pretty realistically betray what you get for your money in the city and that side, ie yuppie side, to manhattan, and it makes me laugh whgen they take jabs at guiliani and his clean nyc streets, but those stupid spoiled carrie wannabe bitches took out of it oh look manohlo blahnik!, alcohol!, Sex! and ignored the series anti tourist remarks and they saw and took out of it what they wanted.

great video! at first I thought this show was crap,sexploitation and sensationalism. then late on tv, stuffed with commercials and dubbed in italian, which takes away a lot of flavor. then i got hold of a couple of episodes on dvd, watched them in original and ended up seeing all the six seasons in one week. mind bending but fun, when the marathon ended I missed them all, like they were real people. I miss this show. can't wait for the movie. one of the best ever.
