@sp000nix click in between the letters and delete the text or highlight it and delete it and type in whatever you want. It's a photoshop file, so you should know how to use photoshop for something as simple as changing the texts.

@SENTIENTMIND you can get much higher quality if you go to "Save to webb and devices" or something like that and then you choose PNG-24 and if the image is bigger than 1M on PNG it's not gonna work but you can switch back to Jpeg and save it on max quality and the file can be bigger than 256kb it can be under 1m
