I'd use a Honda as a beater or daily commuter... but I'd likely never use it as a project car.

du bist ein trottel, weist nix über meinen crx, aber gross daher reden das kömma. in dem motor stecken teile die du dir niemals leisten kannst du gscheidling.

Dann zähl uns doch mal deine "Teile" auf?
Man merkt ganz klar, dass über 8500 kaum noch was kommt, da kannst du mir nichts erzählen.
Ein Motor hat eine Effizienz, die zB bei 6700 rpm bei 200nm liegt.
Und je weiter man sich davon entfernt, desto weniger Power.
Daher ist überdrehen völlig sinnlos, geschweige denn gut für den Motor, außer die Teile halten das aus und der Motor ist drauf abgestimmt.
Tja, ich würd sagen, jetzt bist du hier der Volltrottel.

Das glaube ich weniger.
Ab 8500 kommt da garnix mehr, es KANN also garnicht optimiert und etwas getauscht worden sein.
Und da wundert sich einer, warum es immer weniger VTECs gibt :(

@vtidohcvtec Fakt ist trotzdem, dass das für keinen Motor gesund ist. Egal ob Opel Corsa, Honda CRX oder BMW M3 oder Corvette ZR1. Stichwort: thermische Belastung + Auslegung der Zylinderköpfe. Trotzdem, schöne Beschleunigung.
